The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) was established in the college on 20th March 2007, as recommended by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). It was introduced as a post-accreditation quality sustenance initiative. The IQAC aims to create a systematic approach to promote conscious, consistent, and catalytic efforts for improving the academic and administrative performance of the institution. It serves as the central unit for coordinating quality-related activities and is responsible for implementing innovative practices to enhance the overall quality of various programs and activities. IQAC functions with the objective of ensuring continuous improvement in the entire operations of the college. It also works to build trust among stakeholders connected to higher education, including parents, teachers, staff, prospective employers, funding agencies, and the community, by maintaining high standards of quality and integrity. The IQAC operates from a dedicated office on campus and is managed efficiently by the coordinator, supported by a committee of staff members. Objective The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) is dedicated to promoting ongoing enhancement across all areas of the institution’s operations. It also strives to build trust among key stakeholders of higher education—such as parents, educators, staff, potential employers, funding organizations, and the broader community—by upholding high standards of quality and integrity.
