Introduction

The Department of Political Science was established in 1974 with the aim of imparting knowledge about politics to the students and developing of the students. Various activities are conducted in the department in which seminars, lectures are conducted along with political science and the department also conducts activities related to politics in the college like-Independence day, Constitution day ext. These days are important in our life and the great leaders Ambedar, Jawaharlal Nehru, Sardar vallabhai patel, Lala Lajpat rai are made aware of the hard work and thinking in the life of all these leaders and the development of good qualities in the students.The department ready the students for (debate) inter- college competition in which the students gets to learn a lot, thus the political science department works for the development the students.By studying political science one can achieve success in many fields, after graduation lawyer cours, teachers can also prepare for UPSC exam and become a good leader, good citizenship, social worker ext.
