Code of Conduct for Students

  1. The students are expected to maintain discipline, regularity and punctuality.
  2. Students are expected to behave gently and politely in their dealing fellow student, members of the staff, visitor, the clerical staff and IV employees.
  3. Students are not allowed to leave till the 6th period or till the timetable schedule is over.
  4. The students must help in keeping the college campus and their class room neat and clean ,they must make use of dustbins for throwing pieces of wastepaper, peels etc.
  5. “THE COLLEGE IS OURS” the students are to develop this feeling in their mind and help in keeping the college property in good shape.
  6. They should not tamper with electrical fittings and must switch off the fans and lights before leaving the class rooms.
  7. No student is allowed to involve the name of the college in any publication or outside activity without prior permission of the Principal.
  8. Students are not allowed to write anything, whatsoever on the notice board, walls of the buildings, doors and windows.
  9. Use of the mobile phones in the campus by the students is strictly prohibited.

Code of Conduct for Teachers

  1. Wear saree regularly, maintaining a professional and respectful appearance.
  2. Wear a white saree on Mondays for assembly, adhering to the specified dress  code.
  3. Adhere to scheduled class times and ensure punctuality to foster a productive learning environment.
  4. Treat all students with fairness and equality, avoiding any form of discrimination based on background, or any other factors.
  5. Demonstrate a commitment to upholding discipline in the same manner expected of students, setting a positive example for the entire academic community.
  6. Conduct yourself with professionalism at all times, maintaining a respectful and supportive attitude towards colleagues, students and supporting staff.
  7. Foster open and effective communication with students, addressing concerns promptly and providing constructive feedback.
  8. Stay updated with educational practices, incorporating innovative teaching methods and engaging in professional development opportunities when available.
  9. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation, respect, and a passion for learning.
  10. Respect the confidentiality of student information and refrain from discussing personal matters outside of appropriate professional contexts.
  11. Collaborate with fellow educators and staff, contributing to a harmonious work environment that enhances the overall educational experience.
  12. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students, adjusting teaching methods as necessary.
  13. Prioritize the safety and well-being of students, promptly reporting any concerns to the appropriate authorities.

  1. Administrators must treat all users with fairness and impartiality, avoiding favoritism or bias in their decisions.
  2. Administrators should demonstrate respect towards all users, regardless of their background, opinions or contributions.
  3. Administrators should communicate openly about their decisions and actions, providing clear explanations when necessary.
  4. Administrators must respect the privacy of users and handle sensitive information with the utmost care. Any information obtained in the course of administrative duties should be kept confidential.
  5. Administrators should base their decisions on evidence and objective criteria, avoiding personal conflicts of interest that may compromise their judgment.
  6. Administrators should apply rules and policies consistently, ensuring that similar situations are treated alike.
  7. Administrators should be approachable and responsive to user inquiries, providing assistance and guidance when needed.
  8. When enforcing rules, administrators should follow established procedures and ensure that penalties are proportionate to the violation.
