The Library of PCM SD College was established in 1973. The library is fully automated and is equipped with latest software NIMBUS campus ERP to provide an efficient service and scholar friendly atmosphere to its users. The institution has separated with libraries for all three blocks- Library (main block, IT Block, and Library (Junior college). The library provides partially open access system, well equipped computer section for in house operation and E- Resources facility for students and staff. The Library has total number of 38,875 Accession books and 9279 book banks. Library subscribes 44 periodicals of international and national repute and 17 newspapers. The library has got membership of INLIBNET and DELNET facility to the faculty and students.

PCM Library
The N-List Being jointly executed by: e-ShodhSindhu Consortium, INFLIBNET Centre and INDEST-AICTE Consortium. The N-LIST project provides access to e-resources to students, researchers and faculty from colleges and other beneficiary institutions through server(s) installed at the INFLIBNET Centre.
The authorized users from colleges can now access e-resources and download articles required by them directly from the publisher’s website once they are duly authenticated as authorized users through servers deployed at the INFLIBNET Centre.
National Digital Library of India (NDLI)
is a virtual repository of learning resources which is not just a repository with search/browse facilities but provides a host of services for the learner community. It is sponsored and mentored by Ministry of Education, Government of India, through its National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT). Filtered and federated searching is employed to facilitate focused searching so that learners can find the right resource with least effort and in minimum time.
NDLI provides user group-specific services such as Examination Preparatory for School and College students and job aspirants. Services for Researchers and general learners are also provided. NDLI is designed to hold content of any language and provides interface support for 10 most widely used Indian languages. It is built to provide support for all academic levels including researchers and life-long learners, all disciplines, all popular forms of access devices and differently-abled learners. It is designed to enable people to learn and prepare from best practices from all over the world and to facilitate researchers to perform inter-linked exploration from multiple sources. It is developed, operated and maintained from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
e-PG Pathshala is an initiative of the MHRD under its National Mission on Education through ICT (NME-ICT) being executed by the UGC
. The content and its quality being the key component of education system, high quality, curriculum-based, interactive e-content in 70 subjects across all disciplines of social sciences, arts, fine arts and humanities, natural & mathematical sciences, linguistics and languages have been developed by the subject experts working in Indian universities and other R & D institutes across the country. Every subject had a team of principal investigator, paper coordinators, content writers, content reviewers, Language editors and multimedia team.
This online service offers easy access to the NCERT textbooks. The service covers textbooks of all subjects published by NCERT for classes I to XII in Hindi, English and Urdu. The Entire book or individual chapters can be downloaded provided the terms of use as mentioned in the Copyright Notice is adhered to.
