Mentor Mentee Committee

The Mentor–Mentee Committee of PCM S.D. College for Women is dedicated to building strong and meaningful relationships between students and faculty mentors to support their academic, professional, and personal development. Through well-structured mentoring programmes, interactive workshops, and individual guidance sessions, the committee provides a nurturing and supportive environment that encourages effective communication, knowledge sharing, and holistic growth. By fostering a culture of care and guidance within the college, the committee helps students develop confidence, clarity of purpose, and the skills required to successfully navigate their educational journey.
